Ingredients

  • 100 g California Walnuts
  • 200 g gluten free rolled oats
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 35 g cacao powder
  • 60 ml maple syrup or honey
  • 50 g coconut oil melted

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 180C
  • Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well until combined
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper, evenly spread your granola across the tray and bake at 180C for 15 minutes
