Ingredients

  • 250 ml coconut milk not tinned
  • 30 g/handful of California Walnuts
  • 1 carrot peeled and chopped
  • ½ frozen banana peeled and chopped before freezing
  • 1 heaped tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 3-4 dates 2 medjool or honey to taste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend until smooth
  • Top with the grated carrot and walnuts to serve
