Chia Seed, Berry and California Walnuts Overnight Oats

  • 320 g rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 4 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • 120 g California Walnuts
  • 480 ml full-fat milk or any plant-based alternative
  • A few handfuls of berries for decoration


  • In a bowl mix together the rolled oats, chia seeds and maple syrup.
  • Finely chop the California Walnuts and add to the bowl along with the milk.
  • Empty the oats mixture into 4 glasses or bowls, cover and refrigerate overnight
  • Just before serving top with fresh berries.
