of chia seeds

teaspoons
of maple syrup

California Walnuts

ml
full-fat milk
or any plant-based alternative
A few handfuls of berries
for decoration
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the rolled oats, chia seeds and maple syrup.
Finely chop the California Walnuts and add to the bowl along with the milk.
Empty the oats mixture into 4 glasses or bowls, cover and refrigerate overnight
Just before serving top with fresh berries.
