Preheat the oven to 200oC, gas mark 6. Line a large baking tray with baking parchment.
In a large bowl mix together the oil, maple syrup, herbs, spices and ketchup, season. Stir in the chicken wings and Walnuts and toss until evenly coated.
Transfer them onto the baking sheet and spread them out. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through until sticky and chicken is cooked throughout.
