Roasted cauliflower topped with California walnuts, cream cheese, chilli and parsley

Cauliflower cut into 2 3cm slices

Harissa paste

Lemon for the juice

Flat leaf parsley chopped

Shallots finely chopped

Red chilli chopped

Cream cheese
Instructions
Brush the cauliflower steaks with the Harissa paste and then grill on both sides for 4 minutes.
Place the grilled cauliflower into an oven proof dish.
Mix together the chopped California walnuts, parsley, shallots and chilli.
Divide the cream cheese between each steak and spread a think layer on each steak.
Top with the California walnut mixture and press gently, the cream cheese will help it stick.
Cook in a pre heated oven, 170C for 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
