California Walnuts – Christmas Campaign: Nov & Dec 2019
A new trade media Christmas campaign launched in November and will run through to the end of December 2019, with new festive creative for both online and print. The campaign focus is centred around iconic Christmas images using a bauble, cracker and a Christmas tree as the visual.
The campaign is designed to bring Christmas cheer and to convey to the trade how California Walnuts can inspire. Offering great taste – with consistency, quality, provenance and versatility as key messages.
Five ad concepts were created with three progressed into final adverts, which offer the following messages:
‘Add some Sparkle’ – (Inspire your products, great taste and health benefits)
‘A Christmas Cracker’ – (Versatile, Inspiring and health benefits)
‘A Christmas Tradition’ – (Consistency, Quality, Provenance and health benefits)
The Christmas campaign targets professionals in the following industries: Bakery, Wholesale, Retail, Foodservice, Food technology, Manufacturing, Public sector catering, grocery as well as multiple and independent retail. For California Walnut UK Trade Support click here.
Trade adverts and editorials have been placed in leading UK publications such as, Kennedy Bakery Production, Fresh Produce Journal, FMCG CEO and a number of H2O Food Service publications. The CWC aims to inspire and inform wholesalers, retailers and manufacturers and emphasise California by origin.
Campaign trade audience estimated at 396,345.
