Blueberry, Tahini & California Walnut Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 150 g blueberries
- 250 g plain yoghurt dairy-free if you like
- 75 g California walnuts
- 4 heaped tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 450 ml almond milk or milk of choice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend under a smoothie liquid is formed.
- Pour into 4 glasses and drink up!
