Ingredients

  • 100 g toasted California walnuts finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 250 g soft goats’ cheese

Instructions

  • Mix the California walnuts with the lemon zest and chopped chives.
  • Using a teaspoon, roll the goats’ cheese into 14 balls and evenly coat each in the walnut mix.
