- 100 g toasted California walnuts finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 250 g soft goats’ cheese
- Mix the California walnuts with the lemon zest and chopped chives.
- Using a teaspoon, roll the goats’ cheese into 14 balls and evenly coat each in the walnut mix.
