No Bake Fruit & California Walnut Crumble Pots

Ingredients

  • 500 g frozen mixed berries
  • 200 g frozen diced mango
  • 1 tbsp olive oil spread
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 75 g California Walnuts chopped
  • 25 g oats
  • 2 tsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds
  • Greek yogurt or ice cream to serve

Instructions

  • Place both frozen fruits in a large frying pan and heat gently for about 10 minutes until defrosted and warmed through.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add the olive spread and honey and heat until just bubbling, stir in the Walnuts, oats, flour and seeds and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  • Divide the fruit between 4 small serving bowls and sprinkle over the crumble mix. Seve topped with Greek yogurt or ice cream.

Cooks tip
Make double the crumble mix in advance and store in an airtight jar, great for sprinkling over ice cream, yogurt or fruit salad.
