No Bake Fruit & California Walnut Crumble Pots

Ingredients
- 500 g frozen mixed berries
- 200 g frozen diced mango
- 1 tbsp olive oil spread
- 2 tbsp honey
- 75 g California Walnuts chopped
- 25 g oats
- 2 tsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds
- Greek yogurt or ice cream to serve
Instructions
- Place both frozen fruits in a large frying pan and heat gently for about 10 minutes until defrosted and warmed through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add the olive spread and honey and heat until just bubbling, stir in the Walnuts, oats, flour and seeds and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
- Divide the fruit between 4 small serving bowls and sprinkle over the crumble mix. Seve topped with Greek yogurt or ice cream.
