Food Matters Live: California Walnuts embrace the plant-based movement for the 2019 show.

Be Inspired and discover the incredible quality, consistency and versatility of smooth and creamy California Walnuts at the 2019 Food Matters Live show.

The California Walnut Commission (CWC) will be exhibiting at the Food Matters Live 2019 trade exhibition (on 19th and 20th November), taking place at London ExCeL.

California Walnuts will be the ‘official plant-based supporter’ for 2019.  The focus over the two days will be to embrace the plant-based movement and showcase how California Walnuts can be used in a variety of ways.

We want to encourage participates at the Food Matters Live show to view California Walnuts in a new light and emphasise how they can be used in a variety of dishes and other NPD applications, like substituting meat in recipes.
