California Walnut & Maple Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 950 g Chicken wings
- 75 g California Walnuts finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200oC, gas mark 6. Line a large baking tray with baking parchment.
- In a large bowl mix together the oil, maple syrup, herbs, spices and ketchup, season. Stir in the chicken wings and Walnuts and toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer them onto the baking sheet and spread them out. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through until sticky and chicken is cooked throughout.
